I would like to know if any of you have horrid nightmares where you wake up screaming, crying, dripping in sweat and a dry mouth? What do you do for it? Does anything help? This is the first time it has happened to me. Thanks for your help.

Not really nightmares, but bad dreams.
Hello Barbara, I experience all of the things that you have. My husband has to wake me up and I have to keep a bottle of water near me. I also have nightmares and insomnia. I take warm baths at night with epson salt and I drink green tea. Sometimes take a tylenol, if you're doctor approved. This helps for me. Hope it helps you, God bless you.
Inspire is an implant that is an alternative to wearing the mask. The mask is a cumbersome piece of equipment. The implant goes just under the skin.
