I can stop them by taking a tablespoon of mustard, rubbing my feet and ankles with biofreeze, putting socks on, apply heating pad and stretching my feet by pulling up on my toes. The cramps will go away in about 20 minutes.
I would like to know what I can do to not get the cramps in the first place.
This usually happens as soon as I get up in the morning.

Do you go to a physical therapist? They should be able to give you exercises to do.
