I agree you need to talk to your doctor before you fall and break something. The drop in your blood pressure could be due to medication or something worse. Since you are falling, I would encourage you to talk to your doctor.
It's called orthostatic hypotension. It is common in some of the Parkinsonisms or can be caused by your meds. Talk to your doctor about it.
