Sounds good to me. Small successes can take you a long way.
The other day I got up too quickly and listened to my balance. I bobbed to the left and wobbled to the right. I spun around backwards and stumbled into the wall. I was still standing. I called it a good day.
Yes , sometimes I wish they would just turn the fan off I am so tired of the shit hitting it all the time!!!
Hi Tina.
Yep, I think we all have them at times. Just remember the past and realize, we had them at times before PD. PD increases those days but it is really nothing new for us. I don't have a world-shattering answer for this, but I do know that you have a lot of people here that understand and sympathize with you. You are not alone.
Depression can take your entire life and turn it upside down. The thing that helps me is recognition of the problem and understanding that it is a temporary condition. I enjoy doing things like wood working and building radios and audio amps and equipment but now it is almost impossible for me to do this intricate work and it gives me a big negative attitude when I try to do it because it just never turns out to be as nice as I wanted.
I try to be thankful that I can do it at all, flawed as it may be. We just have to be open to adaptation to a new way of life. We ain't like we wuzz, but we can do the best we can with what we have to work with.
I will pray that your depression will be small and short lived. It will always be there, but we must not yield to it and let it control us.
Keep on keeping on.

Hi Tina, I definitely know how you feel as I too feel the same way. It seems like I have more of the bad days then the good ones. Although my good days are really not that good either. I hate complaining to my husband, its bad enough he has to watch me go through this. My husband wants to get out and travel but the only place I feel like traveling to it my couch. I dont have much energy for anything else. I guess we are all going through this with this crappy illness. Guess we have no choice but to accept the fact. We can just hope for a cure or at least a better medication that helps us feel better. Try to have a good day. Bean
I think what is implied is that if you ingest enough water you will be so occupied with making sure you aren't very far from a bath room that you forget about the other issues.
