My Doctor said I've spinal stenosis or some such affliction. I read that surgery can help. Have any of you had such a surgery? Did you find relief?

I deal with lower back pain and sciatica. Massage therapy helps and I’m thinking About chiropractic. I had this before I had Parkinson’s I had Parkinson’s for 30 years. I also get muscle tightness in my bum and a massage helps that a lot felt better than I have in a long time with the massages

My main issue is my lower back.
I find most furniture to be uncomfortable, my bed also.
I sleep on the floor.
I had a Honda crv that had a sports seat. It was very firm, after 7 months I traded it in. My tailbone hurt so much I would lay on my stomach when I was at home.
I bought a ford escape and now my butt is better.
The wearing off of the medicine definitely makes it worse.

Yes. Lower back pain has plagued me for years. My go to’s are physical therapy and salon pas. Salon pas patches will take a while to kick in, so don’t get discouraged if they don’t work well the first time you try them. Once they kick in though, they are great! Also, try a heating pad and/or ice. Try to keep moving as well. My worst days are those when my activity levels are low. Love and blessings to you!❤️
