Thanks for sharing the solution that worked in your husband's case.
Jim saw wasps coming out of the ceiling in our camper last summer. He also saw construction barriers along the path we were walking at night. He knew they weren't real since we had walked there before. Both hallucinations happened the same night, after his medication had been increased too much and he hadn't had much sleep for a couple of nights. We dropped the dosage and he hasn't had any hallucinations since.
I am so sorry that you experienced this trauma and then reliving it. I totally understand and even without Parkinson's, this kind of thing can happen with PTSD, especially childhood trauma. Holding you close at heart and thankful your doctors were able to help you !
Mine were absolutely awful !!!! The worst I was being raped by 3 men. I was raped as a child. My body took over and responded as though I was being traumatized again!!!! Shaking, sweating , couldn't move, speak, nausea, tremors, couldn't get out of bed for 4 hours , took 5 days to recover physically and emotionally. Seriously thought I should go to a hospital!!! Cost me a wonderful relationship. Did want to be around any other humans , especially a man!!!! So very traumatic, contacted drs immediately and meds where increased , could not go through that again. Thank you LORD for it not happening again!!!
Little bugs craving down my windshield. In the morning. Other times flying
objects.
