I think at some point ever muscle I have has hurt at some point

Too much sitting will affect those muscles. Gentle movement, especially walking, will help loosen them. A foam roller can help too.

I have that pain, in bottom. Mine is from disc wear in my low back, aggravated by PD stiffness.

I have cramping in my right calf but I have a lot of cramping in my right hand.

I get cramping in my left calf, ankle, and foot. Most often in the middle of the night ... I have to get up and walk it off.
