Is it from your medication? Eating something with the pills may help. Lowering the dose may help too. When my husband's medication was increased last time he started throwing up regularly. We reduced the dose and that helped. It is also possible to take anti-nausea medication along with your pills. Talk to the doctor.

I suffer from nausea and dizziness first thing in the morning, mostly, and it can last all day. I have even been known to wake up through the night feeling nauseous and
usually it only lasts a short while, only to return in the morning.
