I have Parkinson's, final notice that I have it was a few weeks ago. That doesn't include the 6 months it took to see neurologist, many desserts to reach their decision, even though I basically knew several months before the the neurologist saw me
It took sometime to realize I have a life changing disease that progressively gets worse
I've come to kind of accept it while hoping for a cure.
Advice for us is to exercise doing what you enjoy and start slowly.
