II has been suggested that Neuroaid iI reduces the symptoms of PD. It is generally used for stroke patients. I would be interested to to know whether this product has been tried by others. Has it been helpful? Are there any side effects?

I know that this question was asked a few months ago, but I'm just hearing about it now. I'm particular interested to know how it would differ from regular boxing training and what particular advantages it might offer for folks with PD, if any? Is it worth giving up my regular daily routine of running, yoga and free weights?
If you have a erercise program you like and enjoy it it I would stay with what you have. I have tried both.

I was watching a lecture series about Parkinson's and the speaker who spoke emphasis the importance of aerobic exercise. Do some physical activities help the body's production of dopamine? What type of physical activity have people found useful. I asked my neurologist and his response was anything. Not sure what anything is and need some more specific advice.
