my mother has days during which she has continuous delusions throughout the day. Sometimes it is the same delusion just brought up multiple times during the day. I understand paranoid type delusions can be a part of parkinsons but her delusions are not like that. I have had that musky smell on and off for years. Sometimes my husband call also smell it. Very unpleasant and worst first thing in the morning. Just another thing you learn to accept.
