After seeing this picture, I'm thinking of buying a neck pillow (type you use on an airplane) for my hubby.
I feel like I experience increased anxiety as the medicine is wearing off. It feels like a rollercoaster each day.

I use Pro-PD as a symptom tracker, but I have yet to see a phone app that makes full use of the power built into a modern cell phone (at least on the Android side).

I get overwhelmed by crowds now. I tend to avoid them if I can. Having my husband beside (or in front of) me helps a great deal. He tends to create a path for me, gently moving people out of the way.
I have the times set on my phone. I find the trick is to be in the same room as your phone. I just don't hear my phone unless I'm near it !
