I really don’t want to become laxative dependent. Are there any particular food combinations that works better for you than others. I take 2 aerobic exercise classes a week and walk the dog twice a day. It is getting very frustrating. Thanks so much.

Unsweetened plant based milk such as almond, oat, cashew or plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt with mixed fruits, leafy greens and a small amount of almond or peanut butter with no sugar or oil added

I have had that musky smell on and off for years. Sometimes my husband call also smell it. Very unpleasant and worst first thing in the morning. Just another thing you learn to accept.
