I was told by my Pharmacist to take my [[treatment:Sinemet:55d551c11fcaa39f0e[[phone:000079]] 100 1:]] 1/2 tabs three times a day after food.
I have read in this post that one should take it 30 - 60 mins before food and preferably not with high protein diet.
I'm confused!!
When should I take the Sinemet? Before or after food?
I find the side effects of the quick release 100 to be nausea and drowsiness after taking it.
